Rakesh belongs to Ranchi; Jharkhand have 18 years of experience in the Rural Development. He did his MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Services, and completed his certificate course on Livelihood and Marketing from Coady International Institute, Halifax, Canada. He has worked with SRIJAN (National Level NGO), SIDS (HR Agency) and Tata Trust before starting Gramshree. He has expertise in value chain and marketing, has established and supported in establishing the market led community institution. He has worked intensively in prompting the livelihood program, has expertise in project management, planning and fund raising.
Vikas comes from a very humble background from Churu, Rajasthan. He completed his MBA in marketing and joined Gramshree Foundation Trust during its inception in 2018. He is one of the key members of the trust and is leading Gramshree value chain work across multiple states. He is very soft spoken and possesses great marketing skills. Before Joining Gramshree, he worked for 2 years in other NGOs and State Rural Livelihood Mission.
Devi Singh comes from a tribal village Nana, located in Bali Block of Pali, Rajasthan. Coming from a veryhumble farming family background, he is immensely skilled in building relationship with the community. He has completed his MSW and has grown through field work, soiled his hands making Self Help Groups, giving shape to higher level of Institution, Cluster, Federation and Producer Companies. He has more than 10 years of experience working in the development sector. He currently leads Gramshree institution building and agriculture work in Rajasthan.
Prakash comes from one of the Tribal villages of Sirohi district. He comes from afarmer’s background and understands the challenges of local farmers. He is young and dynamic and always eager to learn new things. He has done MSW, leading Gramshree work in Kumbalgarh block of Rajasmand district as Agriculture expert. He has 4 plus years of experience in promoting community institutions and commercial vegetable cultivation. He is well trained on promotion of Natural Farming.
Saurabh is a young professional, with an MBA in Rural Management from G B Pant Social Science Institute Allahabad. He belongs from Uttar Pradesh and is a fearless person, very committed to taking up community issues. He joined Gramshree directly from college and now has one year of experience in the development sector. He has learnt the skill of developing rural enterprises and is currently supporting farmer produce company in establishing its business around processing and marketing of Non timber forest produce.
