He did his MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Social Services, and completed his certificate course on Livelihood and Marketing from Coady International Institute, Halifax, Canada. He has worked with SRIJAN (National Level NGO), SIDS (HR Agency) and Tata Trust before starting Gramshree. He has expertise in value chain and marketing, has established and supported in establishing the market led community institution. He has worked intensively in prompting the livelihood program, has expertise in project management, planning and fund raising.

Vikas Bundela has 10 years of experience in the development sector and hails from Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Rural Management from FMS College ,Udaipur and has been actively involved in community mobilization and capacity building.
He is a key member of Gramshree Foundation Trust and has been with the organization since its inception in 2018. His expertise lies in value chain development of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) such as tamarind, jamun, custard apple, mango, and amla, ensuring their value addition and market linkage across India.He leads overall value chain work of gramshree across all the locations. With extensive experience, he has successfully handled and facilitated training programs focused on processing, branding, and expanding market opportunities for these products.
Additionally, he is a specialist in training and capacity building for members engaged in Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and has managed value chain projects across multiple states, driving sustainable livelihoods for rural communities.

Prakash, from Sirohi, holds a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in Social Work (MSW). Coming from a farming background, he has a deep understanding of rural agriculture, women’s empowerment, and community development.
With over seven years of experience, he has worked with the Center for Microfinance, focusing on agricultural extension, strengthening women’s self-help groups (SHGs), organic farming, and FPO market linkages. He has played a crucial role in promoting sustainable farming practices, ensuring better livelihoods for small and marginal farmers.
As Agriculture Lead at Gramshree Foundation Trust, at Gogunda Udaipur, he leads initiatives in Kumbhalgarh region of the Rajasmanad district focusing on natural farming, vegetable cultivation, and farmer empowerment, aiming to create sustainable agricultural models that enhance productivity, income, and long-term economic growth for rural communities.

Deepak Kumar Patidar, from Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, holds an MBA in Agri-Business Management and a BSc (Hons.) in Horticulture. Coming from a farming background, he understands rural agricultural challenges and works to improve farming practices.
With over four years of experience, he has worked with ITC Limited on agricultural extension, organic farming, and market linkages and with Arya.ag on FPO development and credit access.
At Gramshree Foundation Trust, Udaipur, he leads agriculture initiatives focused on natural farming, vegetable cultivation, and farmer empowerment to promote sustainable livelihoods.
Salik Ram holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture and an M.Sc. in Horticulture from Banaras Hindu University (BHU). He previously worked at Reliance Industries' Bio-Energy (CBG) Plant, gaining expertise in agricultural waste management and farmer training.
At Gramshree Foundation Trust, Udaipur, he focuses on natural farming, vegetable production, backyard poultry, and nutrition security. He collaborates with rural communities, particularly women farmers, to promote nutrition gardens and balanced diets.

Vijay Dhakse specializes in sustainable farming, poultry management, and rural development. He supports farmers through training, project implementation, and market linkages. His expertise includes organic farming, FPO development, and data analysis using Power BI.
Previously, he worked with the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme India (AKRSPI) in agriculture and livelihood development. He holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and a PG Diploma in Agricultural Extension Management from MANAGE, Hyderabad.
Yashika is a development professional with 10 years of experience in project management, capacity building, and organizational development. She currently serves as a Program Leader at Gramshree Foundation Trust, leading Health & Nutrition and Livelihood programs on the ground while also contributing to organizational fundraising and branding efforts.
With expertise in grassroots leadership, women’s empowerment, and livelihood generation, she has worked with organizations like SEWA Bharat, PRADAN, and Sir Syed Trust. Yashika specializes in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and training facilitation, having led multiple initiatives supporting micro and small enterprises, community institutions, and HR systems.
Her experience spans budget management, fundraising, and developing training modules on leadership, WASH, and digital platforms. Holding an MBA from Central University of Himachal Pradesh, she is committed to driving sustainable development and social impact through innovative solutions.

Sweety Kumari hails from a small village in Deoghar, Jharkhand. She holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Sai Nath University, Ranchi, and an M.Sc. in Agriculture Rural Tribal Development from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda Educational and Research Institute, Ranchi. An NCC 'C' certificate holder, she also participated in the Republic Day Camp 2020.
Currently, she works as a Development Entrepreneur Trainee at Gramshree Foundation Trust, based in Kanker, Chhattisgarh. Her role involves forming producer groups, providing technical inputs for natural farming of paddy and vegetables, and working on value chain interventions for NTFPs such as custard apple, tamarind, jamun, lac, and mango. Through her efforts, she aims to enhance the livelihoods of tribal women by strengthening sustainable agricultural practices and market linkages.
